After moving into our new headquarters in Buenos Aires last year, LAMA took a major step forward by applying to ANMAT for authorization to act as local representatives and importers for medical devices. We are delighted to officially announce that this permission has been granted, allowing us to operate in this role for all classes of medical devices.

This milestone, on the surface, reflects many months of preparation, coordination, and dedication. Looking deeper, it reflects years of persistent effort, strategic planning, and the achievement of a long-held goal of our team since LAMA was formed.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to ANMAT for their support. As a regulatory consultancy, we know that much of this work happens behind the scenes and often goes unrecognized, so we want to take a moment to acknowledge the inspection teams for their professionalism and courtesy, as well as the staff who managed the substantial volume of documentation required to make this possible.
